Company History

Circular Wave was founded in 2015 to help the NHS reduce it’s staffing costs. The first iteration of Circular Wave’s current product offering was developed in 2017 and launched in 2018 with the first customer, the County Duhram and Darlington NHS Trust (CDDFT).

2015 - 2017 - Initial unsuccessful attempt at being a software backed staffing agency

2017 - 2018 - Building the “marketplace” app. Circular Wave’s current product offering which enables healthcare organisations to manage their own staff banks.
